Request for Proposals

The Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF), Economic and Employment Services (EES) – Kansas Early Head Start Program, announces the release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to increase the capacity of Early Head Start federal programs, by addressing the community needs assessment in their service areas. DCF invites applications from federally recognized Early Head Start Programs in Kansas.

A complete copy of the RFP may be found at http://www.dcf.ks.gov/Agency/Operations/Pages/OGC/Grant-RFP.aspx under “Grant Requests for Proposal (RFPs).” Sealed bids will be accepted no later than 2:00 p.m. (CST) March 15, 2021. Additional files may be located at this website throughout the process, so please monitor on a regular basis for changes.
